I have been in various fields of real estate for the last 40 years and have owned a mortgage company for the last 17 years. My staff and I interface with insurers on each loan we close. I.e., we see quotes and experience customer service from many property insurers. I met John through some of my clients. The premiums his clients were paying were significantly lower than other insurers. Then, I had the delightful surprise of finding out that John’s customer service skills are among the best of any of our insurers. I switched all my auto and property insurance to John over 8 years ago. I know of no insurer who can beat John in either rates or service.
